These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our augmented reality (“AR”) wristbands, related mobile applications, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
By using the Services, you confirm that all registration information provided is accurate and up to date.

LivLive wristbands and apps are for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized by us.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the hardware or software.
• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or unsafe purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Services.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
LivLive is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
Prices, features, and subscription models may change with prior notice.
Any applicable taxes and fees are your responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, AR experiences, and technology are owned by LivLive or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services solely for personal use.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

‍

LivLive wristbands are designed for entertainment and lifestyle purposes only.
They are not medical devices and should not be used for health diagnosis, treatment, or emergency situations.
Always use the wristband in a safe environment; do not interact with AR experiences while driving, operating machinery, or in unsafe conditions.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party apps or platforms. LivLive is not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

8. Termination

‍

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivLive is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or personal injury resulting from misuse of the Services.
